Information you send us
The enquiry form asks for your name, work email address, optional company name, the type of help you need and your project message. Please share only information needed for the conversation. Do not include passwords, access credentials or sensitive personal information.
How enquiries are used
We use these details to understand your request, respond and discuss possible work. If you choose a complete strategy, design and development project with Differently, your enquiry may be shared with the relevant Differently team to handle that conversation.
Email delivery
The form uses Mailjet to deliver enquiry emails to our team. Mailjet processes the message and contact details needed to provide that delivery service. Information in an enquiry becomes part of our business correspondence. Email and hosting services may process information in countries other than your own.
Technical information and abuse prevention
Our servers process technical information needed to receive requests and operate the website, including an IP address and request details. The contact form uses an IP-derived identifier and submission timestamps to limit requests within a rolling three-hour window. This window describes the form’s rate limit; it does not set a retention period for enquiry emails or server logs. Hosting infrastructure may keep technical logs for operations and security.
Cookies and local resources
The new website does not include advertising cookies or analytics tracking. Its fonts and company video are served as local website resources. Links to other websites open resources governed by those websites’ own privacy practices. Older CloudCoder pages outside /new may use different tools and have their own privacy notice.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry correspondence and operational records have different purposes and are not all deleted when the three-hour rate-limit window ends. You can contact us to ask what information we hold about your enquiry, request a correction or deletion, or discuss how long relevant records are kept. We will consider the request and explain any information that needs to be retained.
